Our Services & Fees
Service Options:
Items must estimate to sell on eBay for $50 or more and weigh under 69 pounds. If your item does not meet these guidelines and you feel it will sell well, we'll be happy to review it for you.
Basic Listing (recommended)- 3-day listing with a $5.00 opening bid and no reserve
- A “Gallery” photo to help your item stand out
Custom Listing:
- Includes everything in the Basic Listing plus...
- Choose an opening bid higher than $5.00 but below the estimated sale price
- Set a fixed “Buy It Now” price
Inventory & Asset Liquidation Services:
Cardinal Auctions.com offers our corporate clients a unique way to help justify those technology upgrades by selling the old technology for you on eBay. If you are a retailer, we can help you dramatically increase your bottom line by bringing your new, excess or seasonal inventory to a global online market. Ending Auctions Early:
We will not end auctions early. Items are on consignment to us and our agreement and obligation to the consigner is to let the auction run to through its entirety.
Combining Shipments:
We package all of our items once they have been listed on eBay and therefore cannot combine shipments -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL - NO EXCEPTIONS. Express shipping options are available upon request. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times are 2-7 business days once shipped depending on destination.
International Shipping:
Due to the high level of fraud on eBay, international orders will be shipped via DHL Worldwide Priority Express - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please get a quote BEFORE bidding on an item. Orders going to Canada may be shipped via UPS Standard to Canada or DHL Worldwide Priority Express. UPS Standard to Canada is likely to result in additional brokerage fees.
Please Note:
The eBay shipping calculator is inaccurate. We can usually ship for significantly less than what the eBay shipping calculator displays. Please email us for international shipping rates.
All international shipments and quotes are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Buyers may be responsible for customs and/or brokerage fees. Delivery Duty Paid shipping is available for additional cost.
Local Pickup:
Winning bidders are welcome to pickup items at our St. Louis distribution center on Cherokee Street. A handling fee will be charged, as this item has already been packed for shipping. See information about our locations.
Payment:
Cardinal Auctions.com accepts credit cards, money orders, and personal checks. Detailed payment instructions will be sent at auction close. Missouri residents will be charged 7.85% sales tax. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your SPAM filter.
Auctions must be paid for within 3 days of close. If payment is not received within 5 days, the auction will be revoked and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
Handling Fees:
Cardinal Auctions.com takes great care and uses professional packaging specialists to package every item, which ensures safe shipment to you. We charge a modest handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. This amount is included in the shipping calculator.
Please Note:
If you do not intend to pay for shipping and handling, then do not bid. We will not ship the item until payment is complete. Though we typically ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, some shipments may take longer to process. All items are boxed prior to listing and therefore we cannot combine orders.
Returns:
All items are sold "AS IS" and are final.
Cardinal Auctions.com does its best to accurately describe each item. It is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review the photographs, which are an actual representation of the item being sold. The description is merely an extension of the photographs. If there is a problem with the order, the buyer must contact Cardinal Auctions.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

CARDINAL AUCTIONS.COM'S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND $100. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
